After a sunny day of teaching music to small children, my daughter helped me set up this blog. I will be learning as I go, and I look forward to writing here often! During her visit, we did a YouTube “Yoga with Adrian.” This was pretty funny, as the two Labradors decided to join us. It is fairly difficult to exercise with a mid-size Lab-mix rolling and stretching between the two yoga mats and a huge 95# Lab doing the downward dog!
Last of all, many thanks to my daughter Lucy, who sat beside me as I set up this page today, and to her sister Sarah, who encouraged me to start writing again!
